Aly’s roots were developed with Redken when she was a regional educator in Hair Design. She traveled to salons to educate top stylists in their cutting and finishing skills. Her journey from there took her to VICI Aveda Institute where she became a lead instructor. Her love for Aveda hair color made her the onsite color specialist with a forte in color correction. With Aveda certifications in hair color, texture, cutting and finishing, she is now the Owner and Operator of The Audubon.
Amanda is an AVEDA stylist and educator. A great lakes native, she's now living in her fifth state with her husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. She enjoys creating color and shapes that is uniquely yours. From straighter strands to kinkier curls she is happy to be your stylist and show you how to simply enjoy your hair which gives you more time back while feeling confident.
In the hair business for 25 years, Joe maintains his passion for what he does by drawing inspiration from the world around him, be it art, music, industrial design, or simply the people on the streets. Having taken the original training for Aveda hair color upon its inception in 1998, Joe achieved the level of certified Aveda colorist. Over the years, he has taken classes from a slew of industry heavyweights, from both coasts, in a number of disciplines, including color, barbering, and design.
Being in the industry over 25 years, Julie has a vast array of experience with Aveda and beauty trends. She prides herself on giving her clients the very best experience possible by listening and understanding exactly what their needs are. While Julie loves all aspects of the hair industry her favorite is mens haircutting and styling.
Pronounced Ta-rah, this AVEDA Institute student will be graduating in November! Tara will be taking guests and continue to refine her skills while offering specialty pricing. When she is not doing or learning about hair she is being a mama to two little ones, reading, walking her dogs, dancing and practicing self wellness
Our new stylist Cammy has been in the industry for over a year, and has oodles of AVEDA experience. Her biggest strength is multi-dimensional hair color! On her free time, you can catch her watching every Netflix show/movie, trying new restaurants, and taking road trips.
Rachel is a skilled hairstylist, specializing in blonding techniques, who graduated from Capri College in Davenport, IA, in January of 2023.Her expertise extends beyond the salon chair, as she is always exploring the latest products and techniques in the hair industry. Rachel's creative passions also include ceramics, where she finds joy and expression in molding clay into beautiful pieces as well as DIY projects! Her heart belongs to her two dogs, and her fiance, Matthew
Our Front Desk Manager, Danielle has AVEDA experience and a barber background of 10 years. After leaving the chair, she has joined our team to lead our Front Desk. When she is not spending time with her 3 boys, you can find her relaxing while gardening, camping, thrifting, and trying new brunch spots!
One of our front desk staff, Ashley is currently a nursing student! She is not completely new to us, as she has been a client of ours for some time. She loves all things outdoors, baking, book clubs, traveling and binging on podcasts or tv series.
Part of our Front Desk staff and a true Wauwatosa native, Alma is a senior at Wauwatosa West! She likes to go on runs, go to the gym, and going downtown to shop. A little fun fact is that she wants to be a Peditirician!
Susie is one of our Front Desk staff and is a UWM student studying digital graphic design and marketing. She likes to try new recipes, do mixed media art, and go to car shows and events.
